Happy Mid-Autumn Festival =)

Yes , Im aware of how tiny the moon looks.Blame it on bad photography skills.

Its this time of the year again , the time where kids rush out to buy candles and light em up in their front lawn and in the proccess burn some ants . What? Kids didnt do that? Well I did . Tisk , people these days I tell you . They dont know the true spirit of celebration .. But , ah you see not only it is the Moon Cake Festival . It is also my father's birthday .

.. I dont know bout you guys , but Moon Cake Festival holds a very special meaning to me . You see , for 16 years of my life its been a ritual for me and my family to celebrate moon cake festival . I remember how me and my sister used to light candles under the moonlight and YES burn the ants . Im funny that way , dont you know? Dont ask me what I have against ants I just like burning them.. No scratch that I like burning everything. So yessss , poor ants. But they did die for a great cause. My entertainment. And I also remembered how we gathered the wax , and melt it , then proceeding to putting it in an empty can and re-create our own candles . I still have it by the way .

Anyways , we'd also sit down by the garden or balcony having a sip of red wine and have long talks . Thats the only time me and my family actually open up =) . Yes , I was drinking underaged. Shut up . and the proceeding to singing a birthday song for my dad . You know , I never did appreciate the moments . Sweet memories . =)

... But things are different now , aint it dad? Anyhows , I hope maybe next year we could spend it together . Again as a family =) . I sure did miss those days . So , how did I celebrate it this year , you ask? Okay maybe you didnt , but Im still gonna answer it anyways . Im a bloody walking monologue anyways.

.. Well , I decided to shiok sendiri and light the candles in my room . No , sorry I didnt burn myself in the proccess . Sorry for the let down maybe next year I'd die from this . Meanwhile you can all just hope hah.



Its rather lonely , haha . I know , and you can even say its quite pathethic . But yes , I like to shiok sendiri . Go rot . And and , I didnt even have mooncakes this year . Bleaergh, Im gonna rush to the shop and buy some tomorrow and perhaps I could have it with my dad.
