Contrast.

As usual , in the morning I'd take a taxi to work from my place . So just yesterday .. I've met two completely different taxi drivers in terms of their attitude and courtesy . So yes , around 11 in the morning as I was patiently awaiting for a taxi by the bus stop outside my house one stopped and picked me up and as we reached the destination point . I passed the taxi driver 50 ringgit . He asked if I had any small change . I told him I had none .

He became furious and started screaming at me and he said he'll give me 20 ringgit back (thats all the change he had) and he'll come drive me to work again tomorrow. I disagreed with that suggestion cause , by then I'd have nothing to eat during work . So yes , we couldnt come to an agreement and we started arguing and he pointed out that I SHOULD have had the small change. Its ridiculous if you ask me. He angrily told me to talk into one of the stores to get some change .

I stormed out of the taxi , with him being so rude .. Why should I even bother paying right? Yes , so free ride for the morning .

So as I got off work , I obviously took a cab home . The driver was this middle aged malay man and he was rather courteous much contrasted to the previous. We had an engaging conversation and he began to speak in mandarin assuming that I could speak as well since Im chinese and all. To my suprise he spoke even with the exact Chinese accent in it . Talked until he reached my house which took roughly an hour . There's good .. yet in us malaysians . Happy merdeka everyone .. from me to all of you . =)
