When I was working yesterday , I went out for a shit and when I returned from the toilet .. I felt really weak and dizzy . So as I was serving the customer I nearly fainted . I called my dad to pick me up from work and bring me to the doctor after work ends.

When I reached the doctor said..

Doctor : You may have tumor up your ass.

Okay la , maybe not up the ass but it sounds funnier haha . Its actually the usus besar.

Vince: Is there any other possibilities of other diseases ?

Doctor: Probably not . I recommend you go to a proctologist tmrw .

Doctor: They will shove a scope up your ass and inspect .
